Privacy Policy

This site is run by a small studio, not an advertising business. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to give you an account and serve downloads.

What we collect

• Account data — username, email address and a hashed password (never the password itself).
• Download records — which file you downloaded, when, from which IP address and browser, so we can spot abuse and help you when something goes wrong.
• Messages you send — the name, email and text you submit through the support form.

Cookies

One cookie, fcsid, keeps you signed in. It is http-only, same-site and marked secure over HTTPS. We do not run advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

What we do not do

We do not sell data, we do not build advertising profiles, and downloads contain no tracking calls home.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Download logs are kept for 12 months and then purged. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve the request.

Your rights

Write to hello@forumcrafts.com to access, correct, export or delete your data. We will confirm within 30 days.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. The site runs over HTTPS with HSTS. Files are stored outside the web root and served only after an access check.
