Why these phpBB extensions are free
Because a forum builder should be able to try the thing before talking money. Everything here is the same file we run ourselves, published with its SHA-256 so you can prove the archive you installed is the archive we shipped. If a plugin needs a companion (the shop needs credit tracking, for example) the product page says so before you download.
Install steps live on every product page, and the documentation covers the general patterns for each platform. If something does not work, tell us — that is how the next release gets written.
