Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ForumCrafts.com, the products downloaded from it, and any licence issued to you. They are deliberately short, because the arrangement is simple.

Accounts

One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. We may suspend an account that is used to redistribute files without permission.

Free products

Free downloads are free for personal and commercial use on sites you own or operate. You may not resell them, redistribute them as your own, or bundle them into a paid product.

Premium products and licences

A premium licence covers one site unless the licence says otherwise. Licences include updates for the lifetime of the product. Licence keys are personal and cannot be transferred without our written agreement.

Support

Support is provided by email and through the support form, on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee a response time, but we do aim to answer within one working day.

Refunds

Because products are delivered digitally, refunds are considered case by case within 14 days of purchase — if the product does not do what its documentation says, tell us and we will put it right or refund it.

Liability

Products are provided as-is. You install them on your own server, at your own risk, and you are responsible for taking backups before installing or upgrading. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page always shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on the release notes page.
