What it gives you:

• An aligned heatmap card injected onto member profiles automatically, with no template edits.
• A dedicated full-screen heatmap page for any member, and a JSON endpoint that returns the same data.
• Twenty-six Monday-aligned weeks of daily post counts, plus total posts, current streak and best day.
• No custom tables: the counts are computed directly from your posts table.

This is a versioned rebuild informed by the source deployed on Data-Forums, rather than the missing original archive.

Requirements

  • MyBB 1.8.40 is the tested target.
  • PHP 8.1 or newer (runtime tested on 8.4.27).
  • Nothing else — it reads the posts your board already has.

Install it

1. Back up your files and database first.
2. Upload the archive's contents (inc/, jscripts/, images/ where included) into your MyBB root, keeping the paths.
3. Admin CP → Configuration → Plugins → Install & Activate.
4. No settings. Profiles show the card automatically; the full view is misc.php?action=df_heatmap&uid=N.

Questions people ask

Does it add any tables?

No. Counts are computed from the posts table on demand.

How far back does it look?

The trailing 26 weeks of visible posts, aligned to Mondays.

Is there an API for the same numbers?

Yes — a JSON endpoint serves the same 26-week data for a given member id.
