|---|---|---|---|---|
| v2.0.0 latest | 31 Oct 2026 | 17.2 KB | 0 | # 2.0.0 — 22 October 2026 New versioned replacement; the 1.0 archive was not recovered. - A warm banner greets any member whose last visit is 7+ days old: their name, how many days they were away, and what they missed since (new threads count and new replies count). - One-tap "Catch me up" chip links straight to the board’s new-posts search (search.php?action=getnew). - MyBB keeps lastvisit at the previous visit for the whole returning session, so the banner rides exactly that session. - Members dismiss the banner with a × — it stays hidden for a week via cookie. - Counts are honest live numbers (visible threads/replies since their last visit). - Zero tables, zero settings — pure read-and-render. |
