Home, New Posts and FAQ in a thin bar above your navbar — for guests too.
The three links a visitor reaches for most, in a slim strip above the navigation bar, so nobody has to hunt for "what is new" in a dropdown.
What it gives you:
• A thin bar above the navbar with Home, New Posts and FAQ.
• All three use phpBB's own URL variables (U_INDEX, U_SEARCH_NEW, U_FAQ), so they follow your board's configuration.
• Visible to guests as well as members.
Honest note: the labels and destinations are in the extension's template file; changing them is a file edit, not a setting.
Verified before publishing: structure matches phpBB's extension format, PHP passes a PHP 8.3 syntax check, and the template hook (overall_header_navbar_before) exists in stock phpBB 3.3.15.

1. Upload dataforums/quicklinks into your phpBB ext/ directory (path: ext/dataforums/quicklinks).
2. Admin Control Panel → Customise → Manage extensions.
3. Enable DF Quick Links Bar (Free) and purge the cache.

Do guests see the bar?
Yes, it renders for everyone — the links it carries are all public pages.
Can I add a fourth link?
Yes, by adding one line to the template file. There is no settings screen.
Does "New Posts" work for guests?
It uses phpBB's own new-posts search link, so it behaves exactly as that link does for the visitor.
