Board navigation usually buries the obvious somewhere in the middle of a row of links. This puts a thin branded strip above the header with the three destinations that matter most.
What it gives you:
• A dark strip above the header carrying Community (board index), Active Topics and Members.
• Links use phpBB's own template variables (U_INDEX, U_SEARCH_ACTIVE_TOPICS, U_MEMBERLIST), so they are correct whatever your board's URL settings are.
• Fixed styling with a gold accent, matching the rest of the DF extension family.
Honest note: the three labels and their destinations are written into the extension's template file. Changing them means editing that file — there is no settings screen in this version.
Verified before publishing: structure matches phpBB's extension format, PHP passes a PHP 8.3 syntax check, and the template hook (overall_header_body_before) exists in stock phpBB 3.3.15.

1. Upload dataforums/toplinks into your phpBB ext/ directory (path: ext/dataforums/toplinks).
2. Admin Control Panel → Customise → Manage extensions.
3. Enable DF Brand Top-Links Bar and purge the cache.
4. The strip appears above your header on every page.
