1. Download fc-ai-content-engine-1.0.0.zip
2. Upload via XenForo Admin CP -> Utilities -> Install Add-on
3. Or manually upload files to your XenForo root
4. Visit Admin CP -> FC AI Content Engine -> Settings
5. Enter your OpenAI-compatible API key
6. Enable the features you want
7. The database table xf_fc_ai_log is created automatically on first visit to Settings

Q: Do I need an OpenAI account?
A: Yes, or any provider with an OpenAI-compatible API (Anthropic, Groq, etc.). You need an API key.
Q: Is this free?
A: Yes! The FC AI Content Engine is free to download and use on your XenForo forum.
Q: What data is sent to the AI API?
A: Only the text content being processed (post text, thread title). No user data is sent.
Q: Can I use a local LLM?
A: Yes! Any OpenAI-compatible endpoint works, including local setups like Ollama.
Q: How does rate limiting work?
A: By default, 30 API calls per day. This is configurable in the admin settings.
